The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team at ZyroFisher in the role of Marketing Coordinator. Working alongside the existing team you will have a varied role, including coordinating our graphic design requests, distributing product samples to media and sponsored athletes, uploading digital content, attending events, gathering data, preparing reports and being the first point of contact for the department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating the design studio on a daily basis, ensuring work is scheduled and deadlines are met.

• Distributing product samples to media and sponsored athletes.

• Uploading digital content to website, social media and email platforms.

• Collating data and preparing monthly reports.

• Coordination of point-of-sale material, from concept to production.

• Coordinating photoshoots, including booking of photographers / studio time, models, arranging product etc.

• Support with preparation of event kit and material and attend events where required.

• Coordination of department purchase orders and invoicing.

• Maintaining marketing content archives, ensuring all content is saved correctly as per department guidelines.

• Receipt of incoming department phone calls and emails.
The requirements:
This is a fantastic opportunity which will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and challenge best practice with new ways of thinking. You will be extremely organised, be deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail.

Essential:
 A good level of general education – GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths & English
 Strong attention to detail
 Ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
 A can-do attitude.
 The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
 A good telephone manner and bright personality
 Excellent computer skills
 Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 Ability to build relationships quickly.
 Ability to solve practical problems with minimal guidance / supervision.
 Self-motivation, initiative, and a flexible attitude to working.

Desirable:
 Degree level education
 Marketing qualifications or the equivalent
 Previous marketing role experience and/or a desire to develop a career in marketing.
 Experience of liaising with third parties such as graphic designers, POS manufacturers and printers
 Experience working with email and web platforms.
 Full UK Driving License
 Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop)
 A passion for cycling and / or the outdoors.
 Experience of working with sports/cycling brands
