Summary

You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams on projects that truly matter — applying your digital expertise to campaigns that have national reach and real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that support high-profile campaigns and day-to-day communications.
- Manage and inspire a talented team to deliver creative, effective, and channel-appropriate content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
- Translate complex information into accessible and engaging social content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers and animators to create compelling multimedia content.
- Monitor platform performance, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies to optimise reach and engagement.
- Advise on platform best practices and stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and emerging formats.
- Coordinate with press, policy, and stakeholder teams to ensure consistency and alignment across communications.
- Support rapid response and digital crisis comms when needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity under pressure.
