Are you passionate, creative and can work alongside multiple teams whilst understanding the barriers those experiencing substance misuse face?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Community Recovery Team where we support adults working towards recovery from substance misuse. Through a combination of one-to-one support, partnership working, and group activities we encourage individuals to lead a healthier and improved quality of life.
We are looking for passionate, creative, and confident individuals to make up our Lincoln Cluster Team. We work mainly Monday to Friday during office hours across Lincolnshire; but due to the nature of our clients’ needs you may occasionally be required to work outside of these hours.
We will be working with individuals in the community in supported accommodation, social or private housing, or those engaging in the housing floating support service; so, you must have a means to travel to multiple locations during the working day.
Excellent rapport building skills are vital, as is the ability to work effectively in a small team as well as the wider Lincolnshire team.
An understanding of the barriers our client group face as well as knowledge of the Agencies we will engage with through partnership working is desirable.
To apply, please complete online form to submit your supporting statement/letter of interest along with CV to recruiting manager.
