Summary

SUPPORT WORKER, LINCOLN CORNER HOUSE, F3-AD1 £22,737 - £23,155 FTE (PRO-RATED RATE OF PAY £12,290 - £12,516), PERMANENT, 20 HPW
The Corner House is a 15 bed accommodation service based in Lincoln City.
The service provides accommodation, targeting rough sleepers who present with multiple and complex needs, supporting those with a combination of homelessness, drug and/or alcohol misuse, mental health issues and/or challenging behaviour and offending.
The aim of the service is to:
• reduce the level of rough sleeping by providing suitable supported accommodation
• improve the physical and mental health of rough sleepers by enabling them to access health services including mental health and drug and alcohol treatment
• reduce the cost to health services by supporting the appropriate use of health pathways and preventing the need for high cost crisis interventions
• reducing the level of crime and anti-social behaviour including begging and street drinking by supporting rough sleepers to access benefits and positive alternatives to negative street based lifestyles
