Job Title: General Operative

Salary: £12.87 per hour

Hours: 07:00 - 15:00, Monday - Friday



Your role:



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Operative to join our Manufacturing team at our Peterborough site.



This role will be responsible for safely and accurately stenciling/painting pallets, offloading lengths of timber off the saws and
general cleaning and housekeeping duties to support the manufacture of pallets/wood products in a timely manner.



You will be responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary information required regarding quality standards and output
levels to enable you to carry out your role correctly and accurately and to promptly identify and report any problems with
equipment and machinery to your line manager. You will be working as part of a dynamic team and support team activities in a
fast-paced environment.



You will play a key part in the team to undertake all tasks that are delegated to you by the Production Supervisors and Managers
on site and always adhere to our Health and Safety Procedures and Policies to maintain the required high safety standards, which
includes wearing your Personal Protective Equipment when stipulated.



As a General Operative, you will work effectively with others, have excellent time keeping and attendance record and demonstrate a
high level of Health and Safety awareness. A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail are key to success.
