Summary
Your new company
Wiltshire Council are looking for Level 3 and Level 4 Social Workers to join them in their Children and Young People's Disability Team. As part of this team, you will be working with service users aged 0-18years who have been diagnosed with learning disabilities and complex health and physical disabilities. As the teams are countywide, you will be based in the office nearest to you and assigned cases accordingly.
Your new role
They are offering a salary of £41,070 - £46,643, inclusive of a 10% market supplement. You have the opportunity to work from home, only needing to attend the office 1 day per week, and attend the Trowbridge office once per month for an in-person team meeting. They are also advocates of your work-life balance, so they offer a 9-day fortnight and encourage you to take back any extra hours that you may have worked.
