Summary

My clients are one of the UK’s largest independent installers of car HiFi, cellular and telematics. The team of mobile engineers are based right across the UK & Ireland & offer a wide range of in-car & home installs to National Retailers, insurers, fleet telematics providers & wholesalers. Customer service & a quality installation are at the heart of the ethos and have led to the steady growth of the business.

Further growth and new premises in 2023 means my clients are now looking for dedicated skilled individual who can work under pressure whilst keeping the customer at the heart of they we do. Installations requires an account manager to join their small team. The focus of this busy role is to build strong, everlasting relationships with existing customers in the vehicle telematics industry. This position is not a sales-based role.

The overall office hours of the business are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
1 in 3 Saturdays worked
Any further Saturdays worked will be paid overtime
Salary DOE upto £26.5k
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Car parking

Installations requires an account manager to join their small team in Hyde. The focus of this busy role is to build strong, everlasting relationships with existing customers in the vehicle telematics industry. This position is not a sales-based role.

The role will include: -
• Scheduling new appointments & planning rollouts.
• Preparing and delivering reports to the clients and the management team.
• Patrolling the diaries daily to help ensure maximum productivity.
• Working with a strong sense of customer service.
• Rearranging cover for appointments in the event of sickness etc.
• Informing clients & updating them of any changes to the scheduled appointments.
• Updating a bespoke booking system with all relevant job notes.

You should have the following attributes: -
• A good knowledge of the UK & its road links.
• Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
• Have a logical outlook.
• An ability to multitask.
• Have excellent communication & administrative skills.
• Great customer service skills
• Good listening skills

You will require: -
• Good IT skills including MS Office and email
• Experience in scheduling & coordinating engineers or similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills ensuring accurate information is given quickly and clearly.
• Be a good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
