Introducing a remarkable school opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant on behalf of Connex Education! We are excited to present a unique assignment at a school that caters to students aged 11 to 19. The assignment calls for a SEND Teaching Assistant with experience in supporting students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and providing personal care. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with these exceptional students, fostering their growth and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Assignment Details
This SEND Teaching Assistant role is to start immediately and is an ongoing assignment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30PM. This is likely to become a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person.

Person Specification
- Must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.
- Have experience of supporting pupils with Special Needs, either in a school or a similar setting.
- Be willing to provide personal care.
- Be confident in working with challenging behaviour.
- You must have a current enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to provide a new one.
