Summary
We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team as SEN Support Staff and Teachers.
Role: SEN Support staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEN support roles in a UK educational setting.
- An up-to-date DBS check, registered on the update service.
- Full-time availability.
- Commitment to working during term time only.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for students with SEN.
Role: SEN Teacher
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialisation in SEN.
- Previous teaching experience in a UK SEN setting.
- An up-to-date DBS check registered on the update service.
- Full-time availability.
- Commitment to working during term time only.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Develop and implement differentiated teaching strategies.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Regularly assess and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
