Summary

Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough / Rushden

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team at a mixed-age SEN school based in Wellingborough or Rushden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with ASC.
- Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) tailored to the needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver effective support.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with ASC students.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Registration with Teaching Personnel.
