Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join a prestigious healthcare organisation in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic theatre department, supporting various surgical procedures and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. As an integral member of the team, you will assess patient needs, provide perioperative care, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive care to patients undergoing procedures
• Delivering planned care within the perioperative stage
• Assisting in the management and coordination of care within the Scrub/Recovery team
• Acting as a Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across diverse clinical specialties
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes

Requirements:

• HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions
• Minimum of 1 year of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
