Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Tuesday - Friday, 08:00 am - 18:00 pm)
Salary: £50,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and compassionate Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our client's Cancer Nursing Team. Our client is renowned for its exceptional care standards and is currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. As part of a hospital, our client's facility boasts cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive range of services, including theatres, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, oncology and surgical wards, and a four-bed intensive care unit.

As the new Sister/Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Palliative Care and Oncology CNS. Additionally, you will lead the education programme. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of high standards of specialist care, serving as a role model for our values, and providing mentorship to your team members.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to our unit and enhance patient care. Requirements:

• Current NMC Nurse registration
• Experience in chemotherapy administration
• Post-registration experience in an oncology setting
• Clinical skills in venepuncture, cannulation, and the administration of intravenous drugs
