Customade Group is one of the UK’s leading fenestration companies with a number of manufacturing locations and trade outlets
across the UK. We are now looking for a Manufacturing Manager to support our operations within Stonehouse, just off Junction 13 of
the M5.



You will be responsible for our Aluminium and PVC manufacturing operations in Stonehouse, spread across three factories on the
Stroudwater business park with approx. 150 staff. Working closely with your production and inventory teams, you will focus on
ensuring we achieve our vision of providing the best service to our customers, using key production and inventory metrics to drive
continual improvement. A key member of the on-site senior leadership team, you will drive standards and collaboration between
functions, acting as a role model to others and driving engagement and communication.



With production or manufacturing experience, ideally in the fenestration or building products industry, you will have demonstrable
leadership experience, with a track record of driving improvement. Resilient with a flexible and analytical approach, you will
have strong coaching and influencing skills. Experience of lean manufacturing would be an advantage.
