Summary
Olive's Kitchen in Bury are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
• Provide healthy and freshly produced meals and beverages.
• Assist the Head Chef in the preparation, cooking, service clearing and cleaning of the catering equipment and kitchen environment within the required standards, ensuring hygiene and safety measures are maintained.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a prescribed time frame
• You will be required to lift, move, and handle equipment.
Requirements:
• Good customer service skills and to be very comfortable in a customer facing environment
• Enjoy learning new skills and have an enthusiasm for catering and to work well both on own, and as part of a team.
• Good Communication Skills - Both verbal and written
• Desire to progress in the Catering Industry
• Well Presented
• Good Timekeeping Skills

GCSE's at A-C
Hours:
Working 5 out of 6 days MON - FRI 09:00-16:00 SAT 10:00-15:00, 35 hours per week 30 min paid break
