Summary
The Black Bull in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Trainee Chef. The sucessful candiate will wokr towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality qualification which will taek approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
•Food preparation including fresh produce
•Stock rotation
•Product Research
•High levels of food hygiene
•Safe cooking practices
•Menu development
•Quality control
Requirements:
•An outgoing personality with a genuine interest in food
•A good team player
•A strong work ethic
•Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
Grades:
No formal qualifications required.
Hours:
5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, earliest start 8:30am, latest finish 10:00pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch, maximum 38 hours per week
