Summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef to join our busy Catering team which provides patient catering alongside visitor and staff retail services.
Working 37.5 hours each week.Your work pattern will include some rostered weekend and Bank Holiday working, early starts or late finishes.
You will provide and maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment in accordance with work schedules and instructions, using the appropriate equipment provided.
You will be responsible for the cooking process and ensure food items are correctly cooked to achieve relevant temperature, quality and taste standards
You will complete relevant paperwork and comply with the Hazard Awareness Critical Control Point (HACCP) safe food system
