Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our CUH Perioperative Care team!
You will work within a team of Band 7s in recovery who coordinate and manage Recovery areas in Main Theatres at CUH and the Cambridge Movement Surgical Hub.
You will be someone who enjoys working in a large team, be able to adapt to different environments and challenges and want to provide patients with the best experience in their surgical journey.
Recovery:
We are looking for an experienced Recovery practitioner to join the senior team in CUH. We have a position in main CUH and in the Cambridge Movement Surgical Hub . You will manage a team of staff and support them to provide safe and evidence-based care to patients, whilst adhering to the Trust values of Safe, Kind & Excellent.
You’ll receive training and development in this friendly and dynamic organisation which seeks to innovate and strives for excellence in delivering first-class patient care.

You will be responsible for the effective management and efficient use of human, physical and technical resources within Recovery.
To act as a Clinical Specialist's within Peri-operative care services. Ensuring safe, effective, research based care, and to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient service to patients and clinicians.
Maintain a visible clinical presence acting as a role model upon whom patients, visitors and staff can rely for support.
To support the training and development for all grades of nursing staff, facilitating an on-going educational programme and provide a positive learning environment in which staff can maximize their potential.
