Summary

Do you have experience in supporting students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)? If so, this Croydon based school is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join their team!

The Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and EBD needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and group support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and emotions.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions.
- Building positive relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing regular feedback to the school's leadership team.
