Summary
I am a mature gent, with spina bifida who uses a manual wheelchair to get around. I may require some support getting in and out of your car. I enjoy swimming, basketball and going out for coffee. I am a Swans season ticket holder which I attend with my family. I am partial to a game of Bingo as well. I do enjoy going to the theatre and cinema.
Tasks involved:
I am looking for a PA who has a driving license and their own car to take me out swimming in the daytime, basketball Tuesday evenings and attend other social events which I enjoy. I would require assistance when using the toilet. I am quite quiet and shy until I get to know someone, then feel much more confident in someone’s company.
Driving License with own car essential to take out Mike. Petrol costs will be reimbursed.
Hours of work & rate of pay: £12.00
Tuesday evening 6.15 – 9.30

Concerning the position
This will be a job requiring a National Insurance number and the right to work in the UK. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. The salary will be paid monthly and appropriate holiday pay given. A police check (DBS) may be required; the employer will meet the costs of this.
