They offer a broad range of roll forming capacity, capabilities and knowledge underpinned by committed and experienced personnel. They are currently recruiting for:
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
List of jobs that we require a maintenance engineer to be able to perform our maintenance roll.
Be a faultfinder
Be able to replace bearings
Be able to replace Chains
Be able to replace broken drive belts
Be able to replace shafts
Be able to replace conveyor belts
Be able to remove and refit motors
Be able to fit and set clutch and brake on machines
Be able to repair or fabricate guards
Be able to remover damage parts and refit new parts
Be able to change low voltage control cables (24V system)
Be able to work on roll feeds
Be able to work on power presses
Be able to work on conveyors
Be able to work on hydraulic systems
Be able to work on pneumatic systems
Be able to maintain spare parts stock levels
Be able to service machines following a check list
