In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing housing applications, conducting property inspections, managing waiting lists, and providing support to tenants. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely responses to inquiries. Additionally, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing housing needs in the community and working collaboratively with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage housing applications, including reviewing eligibility criteria, processing applications, and conducting interviews
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and rental agreements
Manage waiting lists and allocate rental properties based on eligibility criteria
Provide support and advice to tenants regarding their tenancy rights and responsibilities
Collaborate with external organizations and agencies to address housing needs in the community
Assist in developing and implementing housing policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in housing or property management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to housing
Proficiency in using housing management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
