THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to come and work with us as part of the
Facilities Team at Head Office. The role will be responsible for providing efficient task coordination and excellent
administrative support to the team and will involve liaising with colleagues across the wider organisation, as well as external
suppliers and stakeholders, including ordering products and services and supporting the supply chain of our equipment and
consumables.
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with exemplary communication, organisational and customer care skills, with
demonstrable experience of strong administrative duties. You will be confident in using different communication channels to
engage with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail.

THE PACKAGE
Salary: £27,030 per annum.
