Centric Talent are currently recruiting for Submission Handlers on behalf of our client, who are a finance factoring company that specialises within the UK automotive repair industry.
Our client is a fast-growing business and can provides a variety of opportunities for the right candidate to develop and grow within a dynamic environment.
They are now looking for talented submissions handlers to join their growing collections team, this will be based in the office in Leeds full time and will be temporary to permanent.
Submissions Handler - The Role & Responsibilities
In the role as submission handler, you will be required to process invoices within a timely manner and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Processing and verifying invoice submissions prior to funding.
- Ensuring Clients are paid on time and to agreed process.
- Reviewing, Investigating, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Engaging with clients and resolving outstanding queries.
- Collaborating with Clients and Debtors to help bring efficiencies.
- Producing Weekly/monthly statements.
Skills and Experience Required
- Good Overall Microsoft Office and IT Skills.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Good communicator and able to build rapport with clients.
- Produce detailed accurate work.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Applicants are expected to be able to think on their feet and adapt to changes quickly.
- Applicants must also have a keen eye for detail in all aspects of their work.
- Experience working in ab admin role that involves handling data/numbers is an advantage.
Submissions Handler - Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday - No weekend working.
40 hours per week
Office base full time
Pay £12.02 per hour paid weekly.
Regular overtime available
