Role: Change & Transformation Analyst / Project Support - Predominantly remote working
Contract Length: Anticipated 8 months
Location: Remote working with the occasional meeting in Reading, West Berkshire - WFH
Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate
A Change & Transformation Analyst is required to support the implementation of the Communications Strategy and delivery of the Communications Plan.
Key Accountabilities:
Support delivery of Improvement and Engagement activities
Coordination of the Mentoring and Buddy schemes
Maintain Finance business resilience plan to ensure it's fit for purpose and up-to-date at quarterly intervals
Collate and submit the functional input to the Executive Review meetings as appropriate
Co-ordination and delivery of communication and reward events, including the production of presentation materials
Maintain the induction programme
Support delivery of the graduate and apprentice scheme recruitment process
Assist with the maintenance and update of the SharePoint site and portal pages
Adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset by identifying obstacles to success and taking ownership to find solutions
Key requirements:
Experience participating and supporting in change projects.
Strong communication skills and experience drafting comms.
MS Office including Excel.
Presentation skills
PowerPoint or Visio (desirable)
Prosci (desirable)
