If you're looking to be a part of an award-winning, life-changing, not-for-profit charity - where you can make a profound and real difference to the lives of those living with learning disabilities and autism, then look no further than becoming one of our newest Waking Nights Female Support Workers based in Burghfield Common.

We are looking for a caring Female Support Worker to join our waking nights team. You will be supporting six adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs overnight in a residential registered home. Your role will consist of regularly monitoring the people we support as well as assist with any personal care they may require during the night (incontinence pad changes). There will also be 1 member of staff on sleep-in shift during the night as well, so you will not be lone working.

Shift Pattern- 9:30pm to 7:30am. We are looking for people with the flexibility to work across our rota which will include both weekdays and weekends.
