Summary
Alma Valley is looking for Healthcare Assistant all over in Lancashire - PR5 to join our wonderful team. We have shifts available in carehome for 8 or 12 hours everyday.
The documents list are as follow
1. DBS ( has to be on update services )
2. All training required
3. Min experience working as HCA in the UK required
Responsibilities:
- Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment
- Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assisting with patient hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administering medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician
- Collecting and documenting patient information and medical history
- Assisting with medical procedures and examinations
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to healthcare team
- Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
