We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality leader to come and join our team in the role of Hospitality Manager at AFC Wimbledon!

This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the prestigious sports venues.

What you'll be doing...

As a Hospitality Manager you will lead Heads of Departments to ensure proactive management of teams on site as well as accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting staff to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsable for all matchday hospitality and non-matchday delivery.
  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Controlling and managing a budget
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7
