Summary

Our Engineering Team is 200 strong, from Apprentice Engineers through to Enterprise Architects, and we’re currently in an exciting period of growth! As our new Lead Engineer, you would be key to maximising this growth through coaching in terms of technical performance, achieving technical evangelism and acting in a leadership role in terms of design review.

As our new Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will be key to maximising the observability of our infrastructure and applications, and to resolving error-prone manual processes through automation.

Technologies you will be using include:

Powershell, Python, Ansible, ELK Stack, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry

Do you have:

TechOps experience, especially from an Infrastructure as Code approach
Understanding of diverse monitoring requirements and tools
Familiarity with development technologies like C# and SQL, Git
Ability and drive to learn new technologies and approaches
Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills
Proven abilities in coaching technical performance within a team and across a business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
A positive attitude in the workplace
