A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join our Manufacturing business unit with projects across the
UK.



Job Description:



Position Overview:

As a Project Administrator within our new manufacturing business unit (MBU), you will play a pivotal role in assisting to develop
new projects, monitoring and reporting progress on a variety of construction and special projects. This role requires exceptional
attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple projects at various stages and good communication skills. Your primary
responsibility will be to assist and support the project managers in their successful planning, execution, and completion of all
assigned projects, with a strong focus on meeting project goals, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. You will also be
responsible for administration of project meetings in order to maintain clear communication and drive project success.



Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing administration within a Project Management Office

Preparation of Project Documentation, such as Project Initiation Documents.

Progress Reports and Post Project Review reports.

Liasing with internal departments, external contractors and consultants.

Supporting and assisting live projects.

Documenting Project Stages and reviews.

Maintaining live data via online project tools.

To actively participate in the continuous development and improvement in the project processes and department.

To carry out other such duties as may be required from time to time.





Essential Requirements:

Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, both verbally and in writing.

Attention to detail.

Good organisation skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience of working on multiple projects.

Full driving license and ability to travel.





Desirable Requirements:

Understanding and / or experience of manufacturing environments.

Working knowledge of Monday.com
