Summary
A key member of the Editorial, Production, Investor Engagement and Event Team, the Admin Assistant will support the Sales and Events Team.
Main responsibilities include planning, content management, Client Material, Invoice chasing, data update and responding to incoming enquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Liaise with the Sponsor/editor/partners and advertising sales team to establish flat plan requirements such as advertisement positioning and features for inclusion in each edition. Find solutions to meet the needs of advertisers and colleagues.
• Social Media Campaigning to facilitate leads
• Work with suppliers to quickly resolve any print or distribution queries and.
• Upload content and sponsors, advertiser profile on our dedicated websites
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in an Admin Marketing/editorial/production role, preferably in magazine publishing or Events.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and WordPress Content Management.. Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
• Able to organise own work and make sure tasks are being completed by others to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Good at prioritising competing demands
• An expert at managing time, prioritising and keeping calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Outstanding communication
