About the Home

Welcome to The Heights care home, where meticulous design and purposeful construction converge to deliver exceptional specialist nursing care. Each wing houses practical nursing units, allowing us to provide outstanding nursing and residential care for up to 90 adults with diverse needs, including dementia, epilepsy, and diabetes. Adjacent to The Heights lies Downley Lodge, an exclusive accommodation designed to support adults living with physical or learning disabilities.

About the role

As a Registered Home Manager, you do more than a job – you change lives.


· As a Home Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high standards of person-centred care, managing budgets effectively, and promoting financial sustainability.


· You will also work within legislation and maintain positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority, supporting change and improvement initiatives, whilst ensuring care and kindness remains at the heart of all we do.
