About the role

As a Service Manager, you do more than a job – you change lives.

· As a Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high standards of person-centred care, managing budgets effectively, and promoting financial sustainability.

· Additionally, you will navigate within legal parameters, fostering constructive ties with both the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority. While supporting enhancements and innovations, your prime focus will always be the genuine care and compassion that underpin all our actions.
