About the Service

Our supported living services provide innovative and person-centred care for adults with a Learning Disability through a tailored support programme. Our principle is to give every single person we support the toolkit they need to live life to the full and as independently as possible.



About the role

As a Deputy Manager, you do more than a job – you change lives.

· The role of the Deputy Manager is pivotal to the success of the service, supporting the Service Manager in meeting all necessary requirements.

· A Deputy Manager will line manage the staff team ensuring effective performance management and deployment of staff for a defined group within the service, to ensure that they provide excellent care for people.

· You will also undertake the lead co-ordinating role for the whole service in specialist areas such as training, epilepsy, autism awareness.

· As key worker for individual people who use our services, you will also develop with their participation, a person-centred Support Plan ensuring that their assessed needs and wishes are comprehensively met.
