our Impact:

As our Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of Sidmouth Leisure Centre. From overseeing day-to-day
operations to ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service, you'll lead by example, motivating your team to
deliver excellence in every aspect. Your expertise in leisure management, coupled with a keen understanding of legislation and
marketing strategies, will ensure the centre not only meets but exceeds expectations. With your tech-savvy approach and adaptable
nature, you'll navigate challenges seamlessly, ensuring both staff and customer safety while fostering a thriving leisure
destination.




What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone with extensive duty management experience in the leisure industry, backed by a passion for impeccable
customer service and a drive for excellence. Proficiency in IT tools and a knack for leveraging technology to streamline
operations will set you apart. Desirable qualifications such as supervisory expertise and a current First Aid at Work Certificate
will enhance your ability to lead effectively. If you're ready to embrace flexible working hours and contribute to the success of
