Job brief
We are seeking a retail salesperson to work at our Sidmouth shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery. You will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, creating and maintaining exceptional customer Service, providing knowledge and advice, and managing inventory. Updating social media and any other daily tasks required.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing expertise and advice on jewellery selection and care.
• Manage inventory by accurately tracking sales and restocking merchandise.
• Handle administrative duties such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing orders and shipments.
• Ensure all jewellery is displayed properly and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
• Proven experience in retail sales or a related field
• knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and metals would be an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues across our stores.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of jewellery design and trends
