Summary
Support Worker/PA wanted for 4 hours a week for Social and Leisure activities.
To support a 13 year old boy with Autism to have some fun.
To support with activities such as trips to the playground, playing football and going swimming. As well indoor games at home.
Polish speaker preferred.
BD15 area
Full, clean driving license required.
Enhanced DBS will be required (funded by Bradford Council)
