The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Head of Whitelands College, one of the four constituent colleges of the University of Roehampton.

The Head of Whitelands College is responsible for the leadership of the activities and communities of the College and for ensuring its continued success. Broadly, the Head of College will:

· Maintain and develop the ethos and values of the College, inherited from its Anglican foundation
· Lead the development of a community that meets the needs of a diverse body of students and staff, both residential and non-residential, and which supports the achievement of positive student outcomes in terms of continuation, completion and progression into graduate careers.
· Enhance relationships and connections between the College, the Governing Body, the local community, the University and the Anglican Communion, both at a national and international level.

The role is part-time (0.5 FTE) at University Grade 9. The role may be combined with an existing role at the University. For external applications, an additional 0.5 FTE may be available as a member of staff of the University, depending on the candidate’s expertise and resourcing needs. The University is currently recruiting in the areas of Business, Nursing, Computing and Engineering/Architecture.
