They may have the opportunity to run and manage their own ultrasound lists following a period of observation. The fellow will also receive training in diagnostic sialography, and image-guided salivary intervention, dacryocystograms.

The fellow will be expected to actively participate in the preparation and presentation of cases at the regional head and neck and thyroid cancer MDTs.

The appointee will contribute to the general reporting work in the department, including CT/MRI and plain radiographs during 2-3 clinical sessions per week and participate in the Fellow on-call rota (not including night shifts).
