Summary
Our Client is seeking an experienced Contracts manager with Groundworks experience to oversee a number of sites across London and based out of their head office located in N.W. London.
Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you'll be at the helm of 3-5 varied projects across London, overseeing groundworks operations with precision and expertise. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, all while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Groundworks Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in groundworks within the construction industry.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges swiftly, ensuring project continuity.
- Leadership Qualities: A natural leader who can motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
