Summary

Bounce Back is a Charity and a Social Enterprise that works with people both inside and outside of prison who may be at risk of or have a history of offending and substance use. The ADDER team will support participants to access and engage effectively with treatment services with a key focus placed on continuity of care for prison leavers returning to the borough. The team will be creating individual tailored support plans ensuring accessible routes to training and employment that will support recovery.


The successful candidate will have:

Extensive experience of working within Recruitment, Careers Coaching or other relevant Information Advice and Guidance positions
Experience of supporting participants with challenges with substance use
Experience of the criminal justice system
Knowledge of the issues and challenges related to complex needs and employment
Experience in delivering employability training either 121 or groups
A working knowledge of safeguarding and risk management procedures
IAG Level 2 desirable or a willingness to obtain
Strong IT skills, including proven experience of using and maintaining a database
