Insurance Claims Team Manager
- Location: Swadlincote
- Salary up to £35,000 (Experience - Driven)
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Are you skilled in guiding teams within the insurance sector? My esteemed automotive client, a distinguished leader in providing superior warranty and insurance solutions to a broad clientele, is presently in search of an Insurance Claims Team Manager to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role entails overseeing team management, fostering team development and support, and managing complaints escalation as we embark on our growth trajectory.
As a Insurance Claims Team Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, SLAs, and claims spending.
- Monitor team productivity
- Resolve claims within defined limits across multiple platforms.
- Act as the primary contact for queries from the UK team
- Conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Implement new training processes
- Conduct weekly audits, and provide feedback to Claims Analysis and People.
- Address complaints related to claims following the company's complaints process.
