Summary


This post provides management of a range of development activities linked to Apprenticeships . The post holder will be working closely with the Head of Apprenticeships, Apprenticeship Delivery Manager and the Apprenticeship Clinical and Quality Officer to increase and primarily manage non-clinic apprenticeship offers in the Trust.

The post holder will work with external providers and colleagues to facilitate apprenticeships delivery needed for the organisation.

To enable the Trust to fulfil the apprenticeship agenda, the post holder will raise the awareness of apprenticeship opportunities in the Trust ensuring the Trust apprenticeship levy is effectively utilised to fulfil a culture of lifelong learning.

The post holder will be primarily managing non-clinical apprenticeships provision, working with different departments to establish potential non-clinical apprenticeship roles and liaising with educators/training providers such as universities regarding the development, progress and sustaining of learning for learners, in accordance with the educational requirements and apprenticeship standard. Additionally, support staff with numeracy and literacy skills development requirements and commission relevant training with providers where appropriate.
