Summary
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care? We are looking for a proactive and organised Bookings Coordinator to join our client's Orthopaedic Private Care Division.
Position: Bookings Officer
Rate: £13.96
Hours: 3-5 days 35 hours
Start Date: A.S.A.P
Location: Stanmore
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for consultants, private practice secretaries, and patients regarding private patient bookings
- Coordinate all bookings efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures
- Provide patients with accurate and timely information about their treatment episodes
- Support colleagues in the bookings team as needed
- Process booking requests using relevant IT systems and ensure accurate financial transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT systems including PAS, Compucare, iCS, ICE, and CRIS
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within healthcare is desirable
