Summary
RFL Property Services (RFLPS) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, organised, and capable individual to take on the role of Team Leader at their Distribution Centre based in Enfield.
We have 1 position available the shift pattern will be as follows :
Week 1. 08:00 to 16:00
Week 2. 22:00 to 06:00
The shift pattern and days of working may change due to the needs of the business, but you will be given 4 weeks’ notice of the change. Further explanation will be given at interview.
You will receive an enhancement in pay for working unsociable hours and weekends.

The post holder will be expected to develop working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and attend meetings both internal and external on request.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the team meet all training and development requirements and operate in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all KPI’s and tasks set out.
Working with the Deputy Distribution Centre Manager the post holder will be key in bringing ideas forward to support the development of the Distribution Centre while ensuring an efficient and cost-effective service is provided.
The post holder must be adaptable and embrace change in this new and exciting role to ensure the Distribution Centre continues to grow and succeed.
Lead a team in achieving targets and KPI’s set out, to budget and in time whilst keeping abreast of health and safety and training requirements.
Ensuring all aspects of the operation run smoothly daily reporting into the Deputy distribution manager as and when required.
Strong use of self-initiative to problem solve and ensure all Distribution Centre Operatives achieve full potential.
