Customer Service Assistant - (Ref: CSA)
Salary: £23,857.40 per annum
Full time – 40 hours per week

Come and join our friendly teams as a Customer Service Assistant at John Warner Sports Centre and Laura Trott Leisure Centre. Our Customer Service Assistants are fundamental to the success of both sports centres, as the impression you give makes a difference. This role requires you to help customers throughout the day taking bookings, payments, answering queries and helping customers to have a positive experience.

If you are an approachable and friendly person who has a commitment to excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. You should have a GCSE or equivalent qualification in maths and English to apply for this post. A positive can-do attitude is essential as are problem solving and multi-tasking skills. The position includes evening and weekend working according to a shift pattern that may include both sites. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.

The role requires an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check.
