The Meon Valley Hotel & Country club offers 113 bedrooms as well as a championship Golf Course, health club & Spa. The hotel features an on-site bar & 2 restaurant as well as 8 conference rooms, catering for up to 120 delegates. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Part Time Control Clerk on to the team.

As Control Clerk, you will be required to:
• General administration of the sales ledger, ensuring all invoices have been checked and sent out for payment in timely manner.
• Allocating payments and matching invoices. Statement reconciliation.
• Debt chase and dealing with queries.
• Cross training for holiday cover within the department.
• Other Ad hoc duties.

The successful candidate will be reliable and have a proven history working in administration, reinforced with a superb attention to detail, numerical competency and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.
