Summary
We're now hiring a Casual Catering Team Leader for the 2024 visitor season so if you're looking for a job filled with variety or the opportunity to develop and gain experience in your career, get in touch. You’ll work flexibly, providing additional cover such as weekends, during holidays, or busy periods. Working days include weekends and weekdays, from approximately 9am to 6pm.
What will I be doing?
• Leading a small catering team ensuring all jobs are done to the standards required by the management team
• Encouraging a high morale amongst your team members and most importantly, leading by example
• Dealing with customer feedback and ensuring relevant information is passed on to the management team
• Organising your small team effectively so jobs are done efficiently and to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining reasonable stock levels end ensuring stock rotation within café outlets
• Ensuring high levels of cleanliness & hygiene are met by the team
About you
Brockhole on Windermere can be a busy place to work, therefore, you’ll have a flexible approach to work and can-do attitude. You will have excellent listening skills, be able to follow instruction from the management team, and also perform well under pressure (with management support) in order to provide the customer service experience, we strive for at Brockhole. You’ll have excellent supervisory skills, time management and attention to detail. You’ll enjoy leading a small team, believe in leading by example and be able to build and maintain team morale. You’ll also be able to ensure the delivery of great customer service to our visitors and be able to deal with all customer feedback.
