About the Job
Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. You’ll have an important part to play as a Vendor and
Compliance Manager ensuring excellent OTIF performance and schedule compliance to supply commitments, based on customer
requirements whilst minimising cost to UL and the client.

As Vendor and Compliance Manager you will be responsible for a range of suppliers and the product they supply.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
* Effectively manage deliveries in a timely manner against schedule
* Support the Customer Services team by delivering prompt status updates and resolution to issues raised by retailers
* Establish and develop a constructive working relationship with key contacts at supplier and with internal/External process
partners, to manage expectations and provide a clear visibility of current status
* Manage and create material delivery schedules using in house systems ULS/URS/ RWS tools reflecting the needs of the business
* Work with Suppliers and finance to resolve invoice discrepancies
* Forecast exceptional SKUs in the parts range to ensure smooth accurate schedules and planned receipts
* Create and manage a Master file for data collection for sharing with Purchasing and Supply Manager, and ultimately the Head of
Finance for Tax Compliance
About You

* Good verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and to liaise
effectively with client and other internal departments
* The ability to review and identify priorities within a varied workload
* Confidence to deal with difficult situations and to know when appropriate to seek guidance from line manager
* Proven desire to update knowledge and skill set when required
* Knowledge of forecasting models and replenishment systems
