Summary
Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant
Temporary, Part time (12 hours per week Thursday & Friday) Term Time onlyWe are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, caring and well-motivated person to join our early years team and work in our nursery as a level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant.
The successful candidate will be committed, a team player with experience working in early years and a strong desire to develop and support children in all areas of school life.The Successful Candidate Will:
• Be skilled and committed to supporting the teaching and learning of our pupils
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and assist in the recording of children’s progress/achievements
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently
• Prepare the classroom and outside areas as directed, for learning, and tidy afterwards
• Be creative and have a passion for the early years
• Be able to develop positive relationships with our children, families, staff and stakeholders
• Show initiative and be proactive
• Be able to promote a positive ethos and be a role model to our children
• Have the confidence to support our children in a 1:1 situation, in the classroom and in small groups
• Have a relevant level 3 qualification and experience working in early years.

Temporary till 31st August 2025 No holiday can be taken during school term time.Salary: Grade 5 point 11 - 14 £26,421 to £28,770 (pro rata £7,395 - £8,052) subject to increase following support staff pay award
