Childcare Assistants – Level 2 and 3 Job description Blossoms is a family run nursery with a great team who really love what they do. Childcare is our passion, and having fun is an essential part of each day. We are a warm and friendly family-owned setting who is looking for a qualified and experienced Level 2, Level 3 Assistants, or above who have had recent childcare experience in a nursery or early years setting. A sound working knowledge of the EYFS is essential along with a good sense of humour and a warm heart! It's all about learning through play so having fun is part of the job. Our team is a real family with many of us having worked together for several years and we often arrange staff outings to fun places. As busy as a day can get, it always seems easier if you are working with friends. There is room to progress and train further for those that wish to. We are specifically looking for someone with experience as either Level 2 or Level 3 and who will quickly be able to pick up our routines and have key children. An existing clear DBS is helpful along with a valid first aid and food safety in catering certifications. We look forward to hearing from you!
